1. Description of Service

Remove Gemini Watermark provides a client-side, browser-based media utility designed to invert visible watermark overlays on user-provided images and videos. All processing executes locally within your browser environment.

2. Media Ownership and User Rights

Zero Content License Granted to Us: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and full rights to any media you select or process. Because media processing is strictly local to your browser and never uploaded to our servers, you do not grant us any license, title, or interest in your files.
Lawful Use: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary legal rights, permissions, or fair use justifications to modify the media you process.

3. Disclaimers and Non-Affiliation

Independent Tool: Remove Gemini Watermark is an independent open-source project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc.
Visible Watermarks Only: The tool reverses visible additive watermark overlays through mathematical inversion. It does not alter, detect, or remove invisible digital watermarking mechanisms (such as SynthID).
No Guarantee of Exact Restoration: Reversal results depend on video compression artifacts, subpixel alignment, and input resolution. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind.

4. Technical Constraints

Video processing is supported for standard H.264 MP4 containers up to 200MB and 120 seconds.
Audio preservation is strictly supported for standard AAC-LC (mp4a.40.2) streams. Unsupported audio formats are rejected without generating corrupt outputs.
Large files may be constrained by your device's available browser memory.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors, contributors, and maintainers of this tool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.

The underlying mathematical inversion engine is based upon research and code from ACs-del/gemini-veo-watermark-remover, licensed under the MIT License.
